Future Me

I found a very interesting exercise for the weekend, and I encourage you too to do it. I came across this website called FutureMe: https://www.futureme.org. It has been created to help you write an email for your future self and the website will automatically deliver your letter on the date you choose, for example on your next birthday or 1, 3 or 5 years from today.

I think it is worth choosing a date relatively far from today, minimum 1 year from now so that your email will absolutely surprise you. I am certain that reading it will be very emotional.

I am not sure yet what I'll write to Zsofia of 2022, but it will definitely include "You are enough." and "When you are reading this, take a short break." My future self will probably still need to hear these.

You can also use this website to write to your kids/spouse/partner, for a future event such as an anniversary.

Will you join me and send a letter to your future self?

* I realise now that this post sounds like an advertisement, which it is absolutely not. On LinkedIn, I only advertise Passport, our amazing European Patent validation platform for 38 countries.😃
