Just a quick thought for your coffee break.

The faster and busier our life gets, the more we need some quiet time in our schedule. 

When this topic comes up, people usually think of meditation and suggest doing it every day. But what if meditation is not our thing (yet)?

In my opinion, we can still have our much needed quiet time in so many different ways! What about a short walk alone, without calls and without listening to podcasts? Or what about drinking your coffee without scrolling on your phone? I guess it will be something different for everyone. For me, the best way to shut off my brain is any type of exercise, like a morning yoga or a workout session.

We don't necessarily need to incorporate a 15-minute meditation in our schedule. I know people who spend 5-10 minutes just sitting in their car after driving home before going inside. (Although this is is only an option if you work at a different location.) This is yet another simple but perfect solution to have your quiet time.
