Finding the method that works the best for you
Do you run? Are you a morning person? Do you meditate every day?
LinkedIn posts and self-help books tend to suggest that successful people run 5 times a week, get up at 5:00 (or earlier), don't watch any TV shows, and that we should do the same.
For someone who is not an early bird, doesn't like running and loves TV shows, this can be discouraging and a bit annoying. In my opinion, we should find a method that works for us and not simply copy other people's habits.
There are hundreds (if not thousands) types of sports, so running is not the only option to stay healthy and fit.
Most people sleep 6-8 hours. It does not really matter whether you sleep between 8pm-4am or 11pm-7am, your day will not be longer. A day is exactly 24 hours for everyone. You can still be successful if you get up at 8am, because success (whatever success means for you) depends on more things than your wake up time.
Regarding TV shows, I do believe that we can learn a lot from them. Have you watched for example Ted Lasso, Sex Education or Chef's table?
