Job Description:
As a European Patent Attorney Candidate, you will undergo comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals in the field of European patent law. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about intellectual property to develop their career within a dynamic and forward-thinking legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting high-quality, clear, and comprehensive patent applications
Preparing and filing responses to office actions from patent authorities
Assisting attorneys in proceedings before the European Patent Office and other relevant authorities
Conducting detailed analysis, such as the evaluation of patent rights and infringement matters
Collaborating with clients and internal teams on complex patent prosecution strategies
Minimum Qualifications:
A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry) or significant R&D experience in industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work efficiently and deliver reliable results within deadlines
A proactive, hands-on approach, with strong teamwork and intercultural communication skills
Proficiency in Chinese/Korean/Japanese is a plus but not required
