Mock Paper D1
This Mock has already taken place on Wednesday, 21 February 2024 (about 2 weeks before the EQE) with about 60 candidates participating.
If you want, you can still purchase the online product, in that case you will receive the questions (in PDF format) and answers via email and you can answer the Mock D1 exam under time pressure, on your own. I recommend following the schedule shown below.
Part 1 (9:30-11:05 CET): 26 marks, 2 questions
Part 2 (11:35-13:20 CET): 29 marks, 3 questions
About the Mock D1 exam:
By updating and modifying old D1 questions (e.g. from 2005, 2006, 2011, 2013), I have created a Mock D1 exam for candidates with the same setup as your Paper D1 exam in 2024: D1 part including 2 questions for 26 marks altogether, and D2 part including 3 questions for 29 marks in total.
Today's date in all 5 questions is 5 March 2024, the date of Paper D 2024.
The topics are diverse, but I made sure to use the most common EQE topics and also added a more recent legal topic. Yes, there are also PCT related questions, yes, PCT questions in plural...😅
Two of us checked and answered the questions separately to make sure they are clear enough.
